“Got the price I wanted but am having difficulty accessing documents right now, Been told by customer service rep that I have to wait 24 hours or so for my details to be completely on their system. Not very happy as I received the email from them telling me my documents were ready to access. They also quoted me two different policy numbers which is confusing..so I have given a lower rating. Just hope I can get all this sorted soon.”
“Great so far, needed windscreen replacement within a day of my new policy starting... but even so it was straight forward, & telephone advisor was very helpful”
