“I brought a policy online and they said in a email if you don't hear anything then phone them. So when phoning them, they knew nothing about the policy, so I brought another policy thinking I only had one policy but in my credit card
statement I have two policy's . So I had to phone the credit card and dispute this and phone the insurance company and
tell them to cancel one of the policies. So basically they have cost me around 30 minutes in time because they don't
know what they are doing!!! when changing the policy to another vehicle they wanted to charge me 60 pounds for a
cheaper car which is a joke, I eventually got down to 30 pounds. Overall Privilege are very poor company !!”
