“They rip people off by not standing by there quotes. I was given a quote I was happy with yet less than 48hrs later when I went to retrieve the quote to buy the policy it went up £100. Yet if I adjusted the commencement date forward a day the price went down a £100. So basically don't leave it to the day you need insurance to take the policy out or they had a massive premium to the quote. I will be leaving them soon and taking my business elsewhere.”
“Hastings are too quick to pass any claim onto Albany Assistance who are supposed deal with the claim. I have waited since the end of June, made numerous calls, and am told every time they are waiting for the other party to reply. Very poor way to treat a customer. I will not renew my policy with Hastings.”
