“Originally taking out the policy in jan 2015 and took them 7 months to realise they had my policy under a provisional license instead a full and demanded I pay the outstanding premiums to make it up or cancel my policy towards the end of July after a hard fort battle and due to a lack of communication on there part I have finally sorted out the problem which took me almost a month to resolve. I will not be using them again and will be looking for a new provider in January 2016”
