“Claim dealt with efficiently. Unfortunately' renewal premium this year was high and after using Confused.com I found a lower rate, I did write to Esure to advise them but they sent a follow-up letter which suggested I hadn't contacted them and asked me to telephone. When I did I was told calls would be charged at 5p per minute and I was then subjected to several minutes of Esure advertising (which was obviously at my expense) and when I finally got to the right extension was put in a queue - further expense! Needless to say I rang off at this point. This apart from the increase in premium is my only quibble with this company.”
