“Like with any insurance company, beware they do not act in your interests. I had a claim which occurred in April which was non-fault which they failed to chase until I actually asked them in August on the progress of it. The eventually starting chasing, however I had a renewal due in September. They did not seem interested in resolving my claim before the date. Some of them were actually a little discourteous on the phone and suggested this is the way it is. I really feel they had no motivation to help me. Considering I paid extra to have my no claims NCD protected and paid extra for the privilege of going with Allianz don't bother. You may as well go with the cheapest as they are all the same just pray to god you don't have to claim which is a better policy and is free :) .”
“My car insurance Is so much cheaper from Allianz with the same amount of cover , also all information was clear
Would continue to use if same standard of customer care and price is competitive
