“Overall a decent product without ridiculous Compulsory Excesses imposed, at a competitive price.
My only gripes are that if you want to pay by instalments (I didn't) their interest rates are extortionate compared to other mainstream insurers (no doubt that help keep the premium rate lower).
Also if you don't buy the Add On's (also pricey and not all really necessary), they call under the pretext of 'Customer Service Satisfaction' and then try to sell you all the products under the sun....targets and conversion rates...don't get sucked into buying them all, they make a fortune from all the add on's!! (I do know as I worked in the industry for many years).”
