Contacted Admiral and told them that I had been offered a better deal elsewhere and gave them the chance to requite, but they were not interested.
It appears to me that Admiral only want new customers, because not only Admiral do not appreciate their existing customers' loyalty, but they increase their future premium as a thank you.”
“I made a small change to my policy by changing my number plate. I completed everything online but was then asked to pay an admin fee. I said that as I had done all the changes myself online and therefore an admin fee should not apply. A member of staff had to make one change on a computer system but again I thought that this is what they get paid to do so why an additional charge. In the end common sense prevailed and they said, just for this time, no charges would be made.”
