“I've not used a laptop for some years, so the speed of this one was faster than my last. It's also some years since I had any formal Windows training so the set up of this one is taking time to get used to. A few pages on the HP tools and options that you are invited to implement when first installing would have been useful e.g. are they bloat ware or essentials. The machine appears to be robustly made and came well packed.”
