Hi , Its multilingual system as all others from HP , all what needs to be done during the setup is to select your country , language , timezone and keyboard layout up to your preferences , in case of any problems F11 during the startup and proceed to HP recovery manager , thsi tool will reset your PC to its factory state so you can set it up once again.
