Have been using this product for several years and dread the day that it might be discontinued. It is wonderful for detangling hair without leaving any greasy deposit. Fast delivery. Excellent.

Thank you for the review. Glad to hear you are enjoying using Hair Moisturiser. It is one of our most popular products and is a salon stylist favourite – so it is here to stay.

Used to use Andew Collinge Perfect Endings and loved this, it had a nice smell and didn't leave my hair crunch or sticky. I was hoping this would be a very similar product, however, the smell is no where near as nice although it is ok and when applied to damp or wet hair it does leave it with a wet look and a crunchy feel which I'm not too keen on. Saying that though it's not as bad as some products I've used before and I will continue to use as it sort of does the job, hair just needs a little more attention after applying. Bring back Perfect Endings - `please.

Hi Chelle, thank you for taking the time to write a review. I’m sorry to hear that you did not get the desired results with Hair Moisturiser. We want to make sure you get the most out of the product and as such, I have spoken to Andrew for his advice. He says, although Hair Moisturiser is not exactly the same as Perfect Endings, it is formulated to achieve similar results. He's read your review and thinks that it may be that you have applied a little too much product to your hair. Hair Mosituriser is a very light weight formulation but doesn’t require much product to get the desired result. If you are applying it to wet or damp hair, he says it could help to use a hair dryer to encourage the hair strands to accept the product. You do not need to fully dry the hair, just use the dryer to warm the strands. You can then scrunch the hair (if it is curly or wavy) and, using your fingers, work the product into the hair. You can then leave the hair to dry naturally or blow dry for your desired end result. Hair Moisturiser is also excellent if you wish to apply product to dry hair, section by section, for a refresh. You will need to work the product into the hair with your hands and, if possible, use heating products to further encourage the product into the hair. Everyone's hair is different, some people find that the Hair Moisturiser can easily sink into the hair strands as it is so light, however it sounds like you may need a bit of help encouraging the product into the hair. Applying a tiny amount of product and then adding a bit of heat and working the product in with the fingers are the best ways to achieve this.

This is a really lovely product. I have hair which has highlights, so prone to being dry and dull at the ends due to the chemical process, together with regular heat styling. The Hair Moisturiser helps to protect against the effects of that and it smells really lovely too!
