Thank you for reviewing Definer.
In regards to the packaging, are you referring to the box? We have a standard box that is sent out with every product. The box is needed for aerosols and the liquid products to prevent puncture or spillage.
We are investigating a smaller envelope to be used for Definer and Clay as there is less of need for the box for these products.

Drags a bit through hair when trying to apply. I will carry on using and will try and find another product to mix with it to see if I can get a better consistency but for me it is too thick.. more like a hair gum.”
Hi Andrea, thank you for your review of Definer. While Definer is similar to Design and Shine, there are some differences which we believe deliver an even better performance and result. I'm concerned though you are not getting the the result you desire and have set our below a few tips that might help. Definer is still very much a gel type serum and therefore requires very little product on application to get the desired result. The new formulation is very slightly more viscous but again we feel this is a good thing as it helps give greater definition. To apply the product and to avoid any drag rub a little product between the tips of your fingers before working them through your hair. This rubbing of the fingers will and make Definer even more pliable, ensuring it glides evenly through the hair lengths. I feel there is no need to mix Definer with another product to get the result you require and I hope my advise helps.
