“Original and replacement shoe valet both have cedar pitch damage and are unusable. I do not want another, I've wasted a month on a poor product. Service has been prompt but the quality is poor.
I will keep the applicator brushes but they are rectangular and don't fit inside the round shoe polish containers so the design doesn't make sense. They look nice but function poorly.”
