“As a first-time buyer I made the seemingly sound choice of opting for a new build, but soon found out that it was a complete pain to find anyone who would do a 90% LTV mortgage. “Being first time buyers we needed a lot of help and advice, which we got. Clayton and the team got things moving really quickly from the word go and made the whole mortgage application process nice and easy for us. Even after we recieved our mortgage offer we've had a weekly call from one of his team asking how things were progressing with the purchase of the property, can't recommend them enough!”

“James came to our house to and took us through all the options available for taking out a mortgage, he explained the pros and cons of each and was very clear. From there we were able to make a simple decision based on what we required. Since then both James and Tina have been a great help with any questions we had and have informed us clearly of all the progress being made.
