“I must admit, I had some doubts about buying this but I absolutely love my little hoover. Our house is spread over 4 floors and we've spent years lugging hoovers around and running up and down stairs to plug and unplug. I reckon I can cover the same ground with this in half the time. We've got hard floors but carpeted stairs and lots of rugs and I can do the whole house on a single charge. The hoover rolls easily and is really manoeuvrable. The LED lights on the front and low profile make it great for doing under sofas and furniture that's low to the ground. The pick up on rugs is excellent (better than our mains Dyson) and the attachments (plus the fact that the little hoover detaches) are fantastic for the stairs, sofas and (unexpectedly) the car!! The traditional grip is much more comfortable than the trigger grip that the battery Dysons have too. I really haven't got many criticisms but would say the charging base is a bit light and it would be nice if you could clip the attachments to the hoover (but tbh I just put them in my pockets so they're right there anyway). Oh, and you obviously do need to empty it more than a regular upright (but that's quick and easy too). In all honesty, I'd probably pick this over the latest Dyson, even if money was no object. When you factor in the amazing value for money, it's an absolute no-brainer!”

“Bought as a replacement to an earlier version, which impressed us mightily and reason we bought another. Assembled in just over 5 minutes and using it for a quick test before charging fully within 10 minutes. Impressed with the lights and the extra tools (the wide brush and extended nozzle) which are necessary cleaning upholstery and in between cupboards. Light and very manoeuvrable, the cleaning is excellent and it picks up the trodden in threads and hair brilliantly, another reason we replaced our earlier Joey. Battery life was a little over half an hour on its first full charge but am expecting that to improve slightly as the batteries reach full capacity. Delighted with our purchase, which was delivered the following day. Outstanding service.”

“This is quite simply a fantastic hoover. Positives: it's powerful - it picks up a lot of dirt; it's very maneuverable; it picks up big dirt as well as dust easily; it plugs in easily so is constantly charged; the handheld function is great and very easy to use; it has a good assortment of accessories. Negatives: the assembly instructions are not very clear; ideally, you need three hands to empty it, at least you have to be able to put parts down; it shows how dirty my house was! In reality though the negatives are far outweighed by the positives - I would highly recommend this hoover.”
