Hi, thanks for reviewing your order. The Artificial Grass Vacuum Cleaner comes with a floor head attachment which is designed to make suction gentle on your lawn. If you wish to increase the suction power then you can remove this attachment and it will increase it significantly. The wands should be fitted together with a firm push and twist action, once together they should not come apart easily. “The tubes don't stay together they constantly come apart. You can't hoover forboots than 30 seconds without having to stop and pot the tubes back together.”

“overall the vacuum works well, with the exception of the pipes and accessories that come with it. Very good suction, until you get to the heads, then it looses a large part of the suction, also very tricky to change the heads with the lugs, very cheaply made. The locking lugs to lock the top on are also cheaply made push in ones, should be decent locking types like on other makes and models, Pipes are also a different diameter, so you can't use other heads and pipes, which is a pity, as I could have changed the heads, and it would have been a different story. The blower works well, and the little brass head works well. Filter looks good, and looks good quality.....sort the heads out, and improve the suction at the heads, and change those lugs and locking lugs, and make the pipes the same diameter, as other vacuums, and you'll have a 10/10 vacuum imho.”

“I did order the Vacmaster for the Lawn however they sent me another product which forced me to purchase the attachment for the Lawn which was extra cost, also the inner bag is paper so when hoovering the leaves the wet had to be thrown away. So a little disappointed. I would like a few bags for compensating for your error.”

“Only had this one week bought it for AstroTurf that I have on my decking.needed something that would clean and lift dog hair ( I have seven of them) so lots of hair.i have only used it once so far but my goodness am I impressed my turf looked brand new when I had finished.if it keeps this up I will have only great things to say about it.so far I would highly recommend.”
