“easy to assemble - tried it out immediately it arrived, and was appalled at the amount of dirt and dust it picked up from just one rug. doing the whole flat (it's really small so I would not have expected such a noticeable difference in resultant dirt in the cylinder), but there was actually so much dirt removed, it was truly terrifying. since using it thoroughly, have had a really noticeable lack of dust and hair, but consequently, a much cleaner environment, easier to breathe - and all the colours are brighter, obviously down to the amount of dirt that was removed - carpets and rugs look almost new - they're 4 years old. the cleaner is easy to manoeuvre, vacuuming doesn't take half as long as before, and is so much more effective. I can't believe the level of dirt I had been living with, but happily, no longer. I wish I had bought one much sooner than I did.”
