“I bought this as it seemed to have a lot of features for the price compared to other similar vacuums so I thought I should give it a go. I am really pleased I did, it's the most powerful vacuum I've ever used. It feels reassuringly sturdy but easy to manoeuvre around, and the lift off feature is great for doing up the stairs. My favourite bit is the pet mate attachment though which actually works at getting up those stubborn dog hairs that seem to get everywhere in my house. I've been using it for about a month now and the 1st bag is still showing as low on the indicator, so I don't think the bags will need replacing very often which was something I was a little concerned about. So far very happy with my purchase. Would highly recommend.”

“I have over 20 years managing the cleaning of properties and have used several different vacuum cleaners. The Vacmaster is amazing in many ways and for me sits at the top of the league. The guidebook is clear and easy to follow as is the quick start guide. The 800W power unit is quiet and provides excellent suction and it is easy to switch the brush roll on or off. Good thinking by the design team to allow for a generous 9-meter long power cable. A simple switch releases the wand enabling the use of the accessories, including the pet mate brush. So, getting to the top of blinds and shutters to those difficult-to-reach corners on floors and carpets is easy, and the handy carry handle makes the vac easy to manipulate. The brushroll is wrapfree which means it actively removes hair from the brushroll when vacuuming. 12 dust bags are supplied in addition to the fitted one. A great feature is the dust bag is easily disposed with no contact with the contents, particularly useful for those people with an allergy. This is a great vacuum cleaner performing at a higher level than some of the more expensive vacuum cleaners on the market. Excellent product and now my go-to vacuum cleaner.”

“I much prefer a bagged vacuum to a bagless one because I hate being surrounded by a cloud of horrible dust when I empty, so this Captura is perfect, especially because it seems so difficult to find bagged uprights these days. I really like the lift away feature for cleaning the stairs. The pet nozzle does a good job on the stairs too. Overall very happy with this, would recommend.”

“Great product, have used it several times to clean all around my apartment. Detachable hose ends allow you to get under sofas and in tight spaces. The only problem would be that the hoover comes with 3 hose attachments, however, there are only 2 spaces on the hoover itself where you can attach the attachments for storage whilst the remaining attaches to the hose. However with the remaining attachment attached to the hose, you can't place the hose in its proper storage position, therefore you will always have 1 attachment that you will have to store separately from the hoover and other attachments.”
