“Came in a few days, put together easily, all the right bits included. Works as promised, my lawn is quite gnarly with remains of old tree stumps and bits of grass between driveway paving. It went over these no problem.”

“The construction of the mower is very poor and depends upon the ridgid arm being located into plastic mounts, which are very difficult to assemble and dismantle for storage. The cutting scatters grass which is not picked up. The opening lid when you lift it makes a cracking noise, its plastic locking against more plastic so this is going to break at some stage. The cutting blade hit a small, and I mean small piece of gravel and chipped the blade. The grass cuttings are not being picked up so are being scattered into the borders and the patio. I use to have a 15-year-old Flymo which worked better and was a better-constructed mower than your product. It takes 5 mins to set it up and just as long to pack it away. Is it possible for you to refund me as Im very unhappy with your mower? I have only used it twice and it's already looking flimsy to use so I don't think it's going to be around for 15 years. Do you?”

“Mower was as good as expected having had a almost identical mower previously, although it was spear & Jackson branded. Quieter and smoother than my old mower but much shorter lead than the s&j.”

“Bought this to replace petrol mower, greener and I thought would be easier to push as I'm nearing 80. Greener yes as I have Solar PV. But very very hard to push as my lawn is not perfect. I have replaced it with a wheeled model which is perfect. Had to pass it on to the children.”
