“I usually get someone else to do my garden due to ill health but had been let down. Lawn hadn't been cut for a long time. Did find the mower to be a bit heavy to start with but was so easy to move around. Cutting height took a little bit of muscle but it was brand new to me and the mower. Cut very close to the edge of my log roll and the rest of the edges. No loss of power between different heights/thickness of the lawn. Easy to empty. Didn't need a brush to sweep excess grass that usually ends up on the path. Overall a great experience for first time usage can't wait for next year. Folds up into my garden box.”

“For 17 years my mower of choice has been a flymo 330 and I have managed to get away with just two in that time. When the motor burnt out on my most recent mower, I found trying to replace it like-for-like almost impossible, and all best-rated mowers seemed to be in this wheeled/rear grass collector style. The LawnMaster was easy to assemble and, having used it for two cuts, is very easy to move and does a good job with edges etc. The capacity of the grass collector is disappointing, and seems to need emptying at every two or three passes, so I'm not looking forward to the first cut of the spring. Even with the blade on the lowest setting, it isn't cutting low enough to catch some of the ground hugging weeds. The other reason it doesn't get five stars is my concern for how sturdy it is. I'm not a great fan of the 'jointed' handle. I can see it is good for storage, but it's not often up to the machine being pulled around corners and up and down banks.”

“The 28-page instruction book is ridiculous, with pages of obvious warnings but with 13, yes that's 13, assembly diagrams crammed onto a single A5 page. Fortunately, assembly is fairly logical and was eventually successful. The mower works well HOWEVER the collapsable collection box is dire, with the sides made of fine netting material and it is twice as NOISY as the Bosch model it replaced.”

Thanks again for leaving feedback. By law, we are required to include product warnings in all of our instruction manuals, those that are not required by law, but are still included in the manual, are done so because we take customer safety very seriously. Products including blades are considered to be very hazardous. Other feedback so far for this product suggests that customers are satisfied with the assembly instructions and the mower itself, as it is a fairly straightforward process. We do of course take all feedback into account and should this become a recurring issue, we can look into it.
