“Poor running time, doesn't pick up grass well and keeps cutting out. Should have bought a petrol mower.”

Hi, thanks for leaving this review. When first using the mower we recommend setting the height of cut to the highest setting and gradually lowering this as the grass is cut. Cutting longer grass will make the motor use more power, draining the battery faster than normal and resulting in the motor getting hotter. When the motor is too hot, the thermal protection system can activate which will completely shut off the mower's power to prevent damage. “Delivery very quick”

“Good points: Easy to assemble, decent cut, mulching accessory is useful. Handle folds flat for storage. Bad points: Battery life is highly dependent on length of grass and height of cut. Battery was used up after mowing 130m^2 after 7 days of growth. Next time managed to mow around 200m^2 on one charge after 4 days growth. Handle clips are plastic cams that need careful adjustment as mentioned in other reviews. Too loose and they slip, too tight and I think that the plastic cams will break sooner or later. Metal cams would be an improvement.”

“Good mower , cuts well and good grass pick up and collection . My concern would be how long it will last as the build quality is not 5 stars . The handles are not very well held in place and do flex a lot when in use , unfolding the last time I used the mower . Its a big concern for me , but with a four year warranty , will shall see how we go .”

“Compared to my previous petrol mower The Lawn Master is much more easy to maneuver and use. It does not however cut with the same authority of my prior mower . I find the 25mm lowest cut not a close enough cut limit. After cutting at 25mm I find some of the grass has flexed and is not cleanly cut to the stated 25mm cutting height. Battery life seems very good allowing a more than one lawn cut without needing to charge”
