Quite noisy if you're wanting it for use in the home, but brilliant as a cooling air mover for the home gym/workshop etc. we use ours in the bedroom...it's kept on high power throughout the day, and low power throughout the night. It's powerful...very powerful. If you put your face in front of it, it'll puff your cheeks out for a comedic look! Standard position is to point it direct at floor level, or tilt it backwards to point upwards. I look forward to the day when this is stood as a rotating fan to cover a wider arc.
