“Check the website very carefully before you buy. This hose comes in two different lengths, 1.5m and 2.5m, listed separately with different codes and £1 price difference. It's the 2.5m one that comes with the full vacuum cleaner in the box(again not made clear either on the product description on the website, or on the actual box when you buy, it's just described as 35mm hose). So even though I checked my original product box AND the website very carefully, to try and get an exact replacement, I still manage to buy the wrong product, and not realise this until it arrived. 1.5m is too short compared to the alternative, I don't really know whey they would even have the option when there is a longer option available that most people would get if they realised and/or wanted an exact replacement for the one they already had. The vacuum cleaner itself its great.”
