“Great customer service ! My hamper was a birthday gift for a friend. The initial cheese box was delayed by a few days. The ice packs turned to water so it was uncertain how fresh it would be. I contacted the company. They immediately sent a replacement hamper and it was in perfect condition. I have ordered from Hampers in the past and have enjoyed their products.”
