“I have already submitted a review in which I raised issues with the order. I have had no response. To summarise: the requested delivery date of 29th March was missed and in fact the hamper did not leave you until that date. There was no message included with the delivery, a major issue as how was the recipient supposed to know who it was from. This is the first occasion on which I have used you but it makes it difficult for me to do so again or indeed to recommend you. Incidentally the contents were well received it is just a pity that the experience was let down by the failings. I would welcome a response to the issues raised. Regards Liz Innes”

“I would have given a 5 star but my private message to receiver was not included and the gift was left on the door not an attempt to ring the bell. I wanted it to be a surprise but it wasn’t as I had to call the receiver and ask them to check at the door step if there was a delivery. I know there’s a pandemic but it doesn’t mean not knocking on doors to deliver goods and stand two meters away especially being that this was consumables.”
