“I am unable to do this as the hamper was only delivered on Thursday and it is now Saturday. I did not expect an instant reply from my friend and neither should you. I feel you would receive a much better response from a purchaser when a hamper was delivered to another if you left sending this review for a week and not a day and a bit. I'm sorry to give one star but can give no other as I am unaware what my friend thought of the hamper.”

“Surprise gift for 98 year old mum birthday. Really pleased with quality and range. Had hiccup with delivery courier and Hannah in the Hampers.com customer service department was on to it straight away and regularly updated me. Exceptional level of customer care - a rare occurrence in this day and age. Really impressed and will certainly be using them again.”
