“There was a lot of confusion with my delivery. It was meant to be a Saturday delivery for my husband who lives in the UK and I am currently in the US. Unfortunately my husband couldn't be home to receive the package that day and therefore we had to change the date of delivery. The product then got damaged at the delivery service end and had to be resent with a new delivery date. I had to arrange for the package to be delivered at a different address, which then still got delivered to the original address and the cheese smelt rotten by the time my husband received it. Amongst this whole process, I was in touch with Michele Miles (Customer services supervisor), who I feel has been the BEST supervisor I have EVER dealt with! I e-mailed her with the outcome of the delivery and she was not hesitant at all in sending a new hamper with a Saturday delivery date. Michele was very quick and efficient in responding to all my e-mails and taking care of my every question concerning the hamper. Once again, the delivery could not be made on the saturday due to a local event in town but was delivered first thing in the morning at 9am on Sunday! My husband was very pleased to receive the gift! Although it was not a surprise as I had meant it to be originally, but my husband and I were both very pleased with the way Michele helped us throughout the process. Her customer service definitely exceeded my expectations. The hamper as my husband received it on Sunday morning is beautiful with a 375ml bottle of red wine, two blocks of cheese and a pack of crackers, all arranged in a beautiful basket. I would definitely recommend this product to my friends and will definitely be using their services again...hopefully with less delivery drama next time! :)”

“I purchased 2 hampers and this was my first time using Hamper.com. My brother enjoyed his cheese and wine hamper and my other family member got wine for his birthday. Both loved the surprise and the content. I would use this idea again as it's affordable and makes a lovely change from getting bills delivered!!!”
