Right so a couple of issues. Order processed twice, and double charged. Dhl buggered up the delivery also. However, whats important is how any situation is resolved. Hannah from client support was great. Yes, it required a fair amount of back and forth sorting the unique situation but to be fair it was sorted well.

As I was not the recipient of the hamper I cannot comment of its quality. But as the purchaser I can comment on the ordeal in getting the hamper delivered. My emails to the company are still unanswered on the missing hamper and then the delays that occurred with the replacement. It's a shame that the recipient had to make numerous phone calls on my behalf in order to the gift.

Nice of them to offer a gluten-free option given the tiny number of people who suffer from this problem. But honestly, it was just disappointing. I suspect it was sat in a warehouse for a long time as the crisps, popcorn and biscuits all tasted stale. The olives didn't have a lot of flavor and the biscuits didn't survive shipping as they were in little pieces. Honeycomb things were nice though and the friend I gave the prosecco to had no complaints.
