Bought as a Christmas gift for my dad and step-mum, who has to follow a low-gluten diet. I haven't opened the hamper, since it is a gift, but the hamper arrived really quickly, and the box containing it is very robust. Will happily use this company again.

Right so a couple of issues. Order processed twice, and double charged. Dhl buggered up the delivery also. However, whats important is how any situation is resolved. Hannah from client support was great. Yes, it required a fair amount of back and forth sorting the unique situation but to be fair it was sorted well.
