I actually have no idea what the hamper is like, as my son has not said - unusual for him, but the fact that he wasn't even aware that a delivery had been made, despite working from home all day, really annoys me! No pressing of his apartment button, or contacting him telephonically! A surprise that went very wrong because I had to ask him if he'd received a parcel and then went in search of it! Really bad service in my opinion, despite the various excuses I've already been given!

Hamper was not delivered to correct address still not turned up have emailed hamper company 2 days ago and apart from a log number no contact from them so far, so customer service is the worst I have known
