“First time and last time - ordered a few weeks before Xmas (approx. 10 hampers for team) - two didn't arrive, in fact two weren't even processed and attempted to be delivered due to "system errors"; fobbed off with "due to known courier strikes etc." - if someone had bothered to look, they'd have seen the full order wasn't correctly processed. So, 80% of the team received their Xmas hamper gift but 20% didn't - not even a goodwill credit gesture given lots of the Hampers are now half price at the time of being sent out. I'll be using someone else next Xmas.”

“My elderly parents did not receive their hamper. I was told it had got lost in transit, i did get a refund but i think as a gesture of good will a compasational gift to my parents would have been nice. Unfortunately i will not use again.”

“So the hamper came late. Yes, there were postal strikes but I also ordered a hamper from another company and that arrived fine and the goods inside were okay to use. Upon phoning them, we had to go through sales to get anyone to answer, and they said they would send a replacement. The goods came late again like over a week late. Now trying to call again and nothing no one will answer. No strikes at that time. The other food was good, shame about the customer service and the face the goods did not go out in time.”
