“I ordered 3 hampers, 2 to my home address and 1 to a friends address. Only one has been delivered to my home address and still waiting for the 2nd hamper to arrive. It's now Christmas Eve at 10.30pm and a present short. The tracking order from Evri says its still out for delivery. This service is shocking.”

Dear Yeung, Thank you for your feedback. We are sincerely sorry that 1 of your hampers has not yet arrived. Having checked the tracking it seems it missed a connection to the local delivery depot and since then has not had any further scans, indicating that the couriers may have lost the hamper in transit. “Just letting you know, ‘the boys’ were very happy, once again – with their hampers. They are always grateful to receive such a good selection of Christmas treats. I’ve been sending them for some years now, and also for their Birthdays in March and October. I always feel a bit ‘left out’ with the opportunity for a discount i.e. your Codes for discount or 10% off your advertised hampers – because, like just now .. I had an email to quote a code (Joy something-or-other, can’t remember now) and when I put it in the form, it said it was not valid. Other times, I’m supposed to claim a code on ‘my next order’ but by February or October .. again it has expired. But apart from that, I find it so convenient for UK deliveries.”
