complete waste of my hard earned money. These were for presents for my daughter and grand daughter. We had to buy extra, as would have been ashamed to give these sorry excuses for a gift

We take great pride in ensuring our hampers have great quality products in comparison to quantity. The prices of our hampers not only reflect the contents inside but also includes the presentation, and the packaging itself, along with our branded hamper boxes or wicker baskets. This also includes the care that goes into the packing process which saves our customers the time of having to prepare a hamper themselves. It also includes the overall creation of our hampers, locating wonderful UK suppliers’ products which are high-quality products, including unique products that are not always readily available to the public. Our priority is providing the customer with exceptional service at all times and I’m sorry on this occasion this was not fulfilled. Dear Helen, Thank you for your feedback I’m sorry that the service didn’t meet your expectations, at hampers.com we always strive for the best customer experience. I am incredibly sorry you are disappointed with the hamper. We have since reached out and it has turned out you thought the hamper would have been enough for 2 people. As discussed, I would say this would be fine for 2 people but it is personal preference and we do advise all of the hamper contents on our website so the customer knows exactly what they are ordering.
