“Hamper was delivered on the wrong day despite named delivery and informing DPD near delivery time. The hamper was a new home moving in present and it was delivered to a random neighbour. I was very unhappy about the initial response from customer services but then they offered a goodwill gesture after I had pushed back. Regarding the hamper my friend who is a foodie though it was ok but beer and cider even if organic would have been better replaced with some food. One cheese was missing and substituted for something completely different. For the price of the hamper I think this is not acceptable. In summary we think there are better hampers out there for this price.”

We are sorry for the early delivery but we had to dispatch the hamper in readiness for your preferred delivery date over the weekend, due to us being closed on Sunday and Bank Holiday Monday. Despite us providing the couriers with your preferred delivery date, as the driver was in the area, he delivered the hamper earlier than we requested. I am pleased that Gemma was able to help you with this and go some way to putting this right with her good will gesture. I am sorry that there was a substitution and as much as we always substitute with a dearer product. we should have substituted with a very similar product. I will feed this back to the picking team. I will also feedback your comments regarding the contents of the hamper to the marketing team We greatly value your input as it helps us understand what we are doing right and how we can continue to improve.
