Delivery underwhelming. Beware this company uses Evri as a courier for delivery. Always a bad delivery experience when Evri are involved. Yet again they did not disapoint. The package sat with Evri for almost a week with notifcations saying can't deliver today. A hamper is perishable product. Estimated 3 days ended up being 7 days, when you have someone expecting a gift it is not ideal that Evri can decide to hold on to your package for so long. On the upside the package did eventually make it, albiet roughed up. Please change courier. I wont use a company that I know uses Evri as there courier, sorry Hampers.com!

We take all feedback seriously and wish to express our sincerest apologies for the delivery issue you experienced with one of our couriers. I have investigated this matter and can see that you chose our free standard delivery option which is 2-3 days, It seems there was an issue with delivery on one of the days and it took 4 days for your hamper to be delivered, we are very sorry that this was outside of the estimated delivery date. I cannot see Evri have given a reason for this delay so I do apologise on our couriers behalf. This is not the service we would expect. If the hamper arrived in an inedible condition due to there being perishable items within, we would welcome you to contact us and we will assist in ensuring this matter is rectified. We always endeavour to turn issues such as these around as smoothly as possible. Please note that Evri is not the only courier service we use and so we do hope you use us again in future.
