“This hamper was a present for my cousin's family and she phoned to say how delighted they were to receive the hamper. They do not drink, so the alcohol free hamper was just right for them and helped them to put the tough year behind them. “It was a gift so I cannot report directly. I was informed by the recipient that it was a "lovely thought and they appreciated the gift". They did mention that all the ingredients were useful and something they would consume wizth delight.”

“The Hamper products were very nice quality. Constructive feedback: The delivery date specified was for Jun 3, 2024 as it was a birthday suprise & was delivered on June 2, 2024. I do appreciate the delivery making it there but the recipient had the suprise a day early. Also the card that was printed had no spacing between one of the words. Could have been either an error on my end or yours but would expect that to be corrected either way. It would have been a nice touch if your business would allow items to be hand selected to a basket. The site could be built to cap the items so as to not go over a price point or have an item limit & dither out items that won't fit or something like that. May result in a little extra work but remember that human touch is never something to forgo, even if it seems unnoticed as it can help your business to stand out among the rest. Automation lacks care that only we can provide. Everything else was very good though & I will, I'm sure, consider your company again for my future gifting needs.”

Dear Justin,Thank you so much for taking the time to rate our Luxury Alcohol Free Hamper with 4 stars. We truly appreciate your feedback and are glad to hear that you found our hamper products to be of very nice quality. We apologize for the discrepancy with the delivery date, resulting in the birthday surprise being revealed a day earlier than anticipated. We understand the importance of timing and will strive to ensure better accuracy in the future. Please accept my sincere apologies for this and I would just like to explain the reason for this. We do not open on Sundays so any orders for Monday are collected by the couriers on a Saturday. They are then at the local depot on Sunday morning. Even though we have not put them on a Sunday service and requested delivery for Monday, the drivers will see them and if they have another delivery in the same area, they will attempt to deliver the hamper on a Sunday. They do mean well and are also trying to get ahead for the following week, but it is frustrating when they are delivered early. I have refunded the shipping as we missed your named day. Thanks for providing the image of your gift message with the spacing on the printed card. We will investigate this further to make the necessary corrections. We appreciate your suggestion regarding the option to hand select items for the hamper. It's a great idea to personalize the gift even more while still staying within a designated price point or item limit. We understand the value of the human touch and will explore ways to incorporate this into our website and ordering process. Thank you for acknowledging that everything else was very good.
