“I ordered two hampers on Wed 17 Apr for delivery the following day. From emails I received it appeared that one had been delivered but not the other because of an 'It glitch'. In the end it transpired that both were not delivered until Monday 22 April, which is just not acceptable. I would not recommend this firm to anyone interested in timely and competent service”
