“This was a gift for my mums 65th birthday in the UK. I ordered from Australia the day before. It arrived at promptly at 8:30am on the morning of her birthday. Which was perfect :) She was delighted with this hamper, it was presented in a beautiful wicker basket with an elegant strap so I'm told and full of wonderful treats. It really made her day. “I ordered two hampers on Wed 17 Apr for delivery the following day. From emails I received it appeared that one had been delivered but not the other because of an 'It glitch'. In the end it transpired that both were not delivered until Monday 22 April, which is just not acceptable. I would not recommend this firm to anyone interested in timely and competent service”
