“This was a very frustrating experience. I ordered the hamper for someone's birthday and paid extra for a Sunday delivery, but it never arrived. When I contacted customer service, they said the hamper had been lost and offered me a replacement that would only reach its destination two days after the initial delivery date, which was pointless. I don't recommend it.”
