I ordered this as a present for large house builder client as it was their end of year. I had a notification that delivery had been refused and after speaking to my client the Evri delivery driver called her to advise that they couldn’t find the premises (even though it shows up on google maps). They have had many issues with Evri and advised the driver not to deliver. Hampers.com contacted me to advise re- delivery could not be achieved until the following week and I had to pay £12 to have this re delivered. I paid this and was assured it would be delivered the following Tuesday. It was not until I spoke to my client on the Friday I realised this had actually not been delivered at all and I had received no notification. I emailed Hampers.com and was advised that this had now been ‘lost in transit’ by Evri and they would only refund me the amount for the hamper, not the re delivery fee as the courier had already charged them this! So no hamper, no present for my client, lots of unnecessary stress on both sides and it still cost me £12. Although the staff are helpful, myself and the company and client I work with will not be using this company again.

Dear Louise, Thank you for your feedback, I am terribly sorry to hear about the inconvenience caused here. I have been speaking with you regarding this and as advised, the admin fee was for the original hamper that was returned to us. If you had of agreed at the start not to send a replacement then the admin fee would have been deducted from your refund. Please have a look at our T&C's for further information on this. Once again I am terribly sorry for the inconvenience caused about the replacement hamper, again as advised this was dispatched on Monday but did not receive any scans from the couriers. We do hope you give us another chance in the future to make it up to you. Kind regards Hannah Customer care

Just spoke with my friend in England and she was delighted with the hamper. It was delivered as promised, and they enjoyed everything that was selected.. Would order again
