“Hamper was good and well liked, however the advertising of "free UK postage over £50" was misleading. I purchased two hampers at £52 each, was forced to pay £10 delivery EACH to an agreed Uk mainland address - and then both hampers were not delieverd on the chosen day (one a day late, the other two days late). No responce from Hampers.com when asked about this.”

Your shipping was charged at £10 due to the address being outside of UK mainland, it was to an Isle, which is charged at an additional cost. I am very sorry to hear that it arrived 2 days later than expected, I cannot see why this happened on the tracking. I have emailed to further discuss this with you and to resolve this issue.
