“I purchased from Australia for delivery to a friend in England. The option to choose delivery date was amazing and the email communication and status updates were fabulous. The delivery went very smoothly and the custeomer service staff were excellent, especially when I had to make contact because I'd made a mistake on my required delivery date. In terms of the products provided, my recipient has said "that she loved them all". The chardonay flavoured chips and the Belgium chocolates being her favourite. She was very happy. I would highly recommend Hampers.com in the UK to anyone located overseas but looking for a surprise gift to be sent within England.”

“I think the product is good but the delivery didn't happen. On the tracking there's a photo of them being at the door but a note saying couldn't deliver. A bit confused still haven't received notification it's even been delivered. So disappointing”
