FinishKare 1000P Hi-Temp Sealant

Developed from a West German process called Synthesis FinishKare 1000P is a blend of advanced pure synthetic materials.

The result is a paste wax characterized by melting temps. of 250+ degrees, extreme hardness, extreme slickness, high gloss, and intensive wear without the quality fluctuations found in natural waxes.

FinishKare 1000P delivers heavy duty resistance to UV, hard water, acid rain, bug spatter, tree sap etc while creating a customer appearance. Excellent for use on all automotive paint, gel coat and metal surfaces including critical aircraft surfaces.

“I chose this because I gave up on ceramic. I’ve been around the houses and tried so many ceramic coatings. Probably spent hundreds if not thousands on trying to find the right one. They all impress but it doesn’t last. The thing is that for high contact areas like fenders and bumpers, ceramic doesn’t hold up well. Then when it wears off it’s a job to correct the paint and apply it again. To get the most from it you also need to buy into the eco system of ceramic shampoo etc. Neither do ceramics provide the best scratch resistance. So I went old school. I researched and after initially using Collinite 845 for 6 years (the bottle is not half yet) I found myself asking whether there was something better. My search led me here and to the existing reviews. I need something durable living in the countryside. Two coats of this on black metallic paint seem to be holding up well. Time will tell. It leaves a glossy coat like an extra layer of clear coat. Easy to apply. Enough product in the tin to last many years (depends on how many cars you have). It’s an old product but I don’t think anything can beat it. So far so good.”

“I really love how easy this sealant is to apply and buff off. A little goes a very long way. I applied this using a black soft wax applicator pad and placed the pad on the product and made a half turn of the pad and this easily covered the bonnet of my BMW 5 series. The key to the product is to apply thinly and and allow it to sit for around 30 minutes to give the sealant time to bond. It buffs to a beautiful shine. I normally leave it for 24 hours after polishing and then top it off with some Sonax BSD, this is not really needed, but I just think that the water beading effect is better with the Sonax BSD.”

“Bought FinishKare 1000P Hi-Temp Sealant to apply on my car wheels. The sealant is very easy to apply, very easy to buff off, and leaves a nice, deep, glass like gloss. The wheels keep clean for much longer. Great product.”
