Chemical Guys - Butter Wet Wax

Chemical Guys Butter Wet Wax, so called because it delivers a butter wet shine without the grease. For optimum results use this on dark coloured cars, but you’ll also get an impressive shine on light coloured vehicles.

This wax uses new technology that uses a unique blend of polymers, resins and natural carnauba. You’ll get a wet look when it’s bone dry and it won’t stain black mouldings and trims, although you can easily use this on glass.

Chemical Guys Butter Wet Wax is a non-abrasive blend is a one step formula that cleans, waxes and polishes and with a lovely banana fragrance to boot, waxing will be a pleasure.

Apply a thin coat, leave to dry to a haze then wipe off with a cotton or microfibre cloth. Chemical Guys Butter Wet Wax can be applied on a wet surface and has an easy on-easy off formula.

For use in the sun or shade.

“No better than any other car wax in my opinion. Certainly not effective at removing spray paint which I had heard online. Expensive for what it is.”

“My neighbour thought I was crazy waxing in the sunlight but that’s what you can do with this. You can also use it just after you’ve washed your car and rinsed it down. It goes on thin and wipes off easily. A deep reflective gloss is the end product. It lasts about a week in rain and a wash. Something short term depending on the aforementioned weather. Show shine most definitely yes. Long lasting protection for a month is a no. Dry weather should see a few weeks out of it though.”

“Happy with the finish particularly on my wife’s silver car. I was anticipating the biggest impact on my dark coloured car but, whilst happy with that result, I was most pleasantly surprised with the return of the showroom gloss on the silver Macan. I estimate about 12-15 waxes from the bottle and I shall definitely buy again.”

“I'm not a pro at car polishing but I'm a metal polisher by trade, this is a really good product with a high shine and very good ingredients only minor negative detail I would say is that the wax doesn't last as long as cheaper versions. Otherwise it would have a 5 star.”

“This is without doubt the best product that I have ever used on my car. It's unbelievable how easy it is to apply and it just glitsens I did every panel within 30 minutes. I will definitely be using it in the future. Also the delivery was down to the hour!”
