This product removes, not masks, bad smells and also breaks down the organic source that the bacteria producing the smells thrive on, making it a lot easier to remove stains from carpets and upholstery. It can be used on cars and also in the home or work place and has a pleasant Lemon scent to it. An excellent product which can be diluted up to 5:1.

Valet Pro Enzyme Odour Eater removes odours from cars, homes and the work place. The product is particularly special because it removes the organic food source that bacteria thrive on (it is the bacteria that produces the bad smells). This also makes it a great preparation cleaner product for organic stains and is used by carpet cleaners to remove Tea stains from carpets (Valet Pro enzyme odour eater is wool safe). Valeters use this product to pre-spray carpets and upholstery due to its effectiveness for removing organic stains. The carpets and upholstery get sprayed while the valeter washes the exterior. By the time the valeter gets on the inside most of the stains are gone thus making the whole cleaning process much quicker and easier.

Its main purpose, however, is odour control. It will deal with all manner of bacteria related odours such as:

Spilt milk (or any other drink)
Vomit and other bodily fluids. Used in nursing homes.
Dog odours.
Tobacco (also great for removing stains on head lining)

This product is perfect for cleaning head lining as it is PH neutral. Due to high alkaline some cleaners can damage the glue used to stick on head linings, which is why we recommendValet Pro Enzyme Odour Eater for this job.

“I bought this to help with longstanding dog urine/odor in a car I recently purchased. Mixed 1:5 as directed. There is no magic cure for these issues, i had to spray liberally and repeat more than once. However i would say it did significantly assist and helped with the problem.”

“Brilliant product. Used it to clean a damp smell from a car when the door rubbers had been leaking. Just a few treatments and the car was back to smelling like new. Amazingly fast delivery as well. Had the product within 36 hours of ordering.”

“We bought this as milk spilt in our car when a milk carton fell over. So far, despite following the instructions and reapplying, it has made no difference and the car still smells dreadful. Very disappointed”

HI Alison, Many thanks for the review. if you emptied a full milk carton into a car then you can't expect miracles from the product! The milk (being liquid) will have penetrated way deeper and further than how you are probably applying the product, as it will have likely full soaked though the top material and into areas that you simply most likely not getting anywhere near with the product. I'd recommend either fully saturating the area where you spilt the milk with the enzyme odour eater and then extracting it back with a wet vac, or removing the top level of carpet to check where the milk reached.
