it took me a while to take the plunge, and since owning it I've used it once. First impressions are good and I would recommend this product. I did find the Hoover great, though I did still get water marks but to a lesser degree, but I do live in a very hard water area and the car is black. The service and delivery time was spot on

Ok. So £200 ain't cheep and I spent a lot of time researching this particular product. I have used it several times now and can say easily that it's my best purchase this year. It comes with enough attachments to keep even the most ocd person, ( like me ) happy. It's got great build quality and power, isn't heavy and it's quiet for what it is. Also, the fact that it doubles as a powerful blower, helping you reduce the possibility of marring your paint it's a great piece of kit. So, as I said . Yes £200 is a fair amount of money , but you can spend far more on a domestic vacuum and only get half the features. Well worth the money and I don't hesitate to recommend it!

When I started out as a mobile valeter I did my research and this vacuum kept popping up with great reviews. The price didn't faze me, as long as the reviews were true.......they were!!! I bought it and have never looked back. As many have said the detailing tools that come with it are superb, and they get everywhere. The dust remover attachment is a god send, makes life so easy. And the blower function is brilliant for getting all the hidden water removed prior to a polish and wax. If like me you've ummmmed and arrrrrr'd, stop that and just buy it, it's best £200 you'll spend! And as per usual cleanyourcar come up trumps with delivery and price, hence why I won't use anyone else. I have since bought the hold-all that carrys the metro vac, loads of pockets for extra stuff and looks very professional when you get it out of your van.

I bet you keep looking at this Metro Vac n Blow, over and over again. You want to buy it but think "Ouch" when you look at the price... I was that person too. I even put it in my basket once or twice and then bottled at the check out stage. Well I finally pressed the button last month as I couldn't talk myself out of it any longer. The CleanYourCar.co.uk staff despatched it PDQ and was delivered to my office. Everyone was asking what was in the big box getting excited for me, but they lost their enthusiasm when I told them it was a new vac for the car! They have no idea about such things, most of them drive about with boiled sweets stuck to the carpets and don't care (shudders). Rather than come on here raving about it from day one (which I might add I wanted to), I thought I would use it a few times and then leave my feedback. Vacuuming - This really is the best tool for the job. I have used many vacuums, always searching for the one and I have finally found it. I was a bit dismayed when I opened the box and found that the Micro tool attachments were like an add on that had been included as an extra - and in a packet that looks like its come straight from the pound shop but these, and the other included tools, cover every single nook and cranny in my car, no more wedging a pipe down between the seats and the door pillars and getting it stuck, no more not being able to get into the corners of door pockets or centre console compartments. Everything comes out of the carpets with ease - its powerful enough to do pick up most of the dirt in one pass. It really has reduced the amount of time I spend vacuuming the car, and is almost worth the money just for that. Another thing I like about it is that it fits under the doors of my car so there is no banging the car doors whilst using the machine - I would quite often place a vac down where I needed it in order to reach, and then open the car door and bang straight into it - not so with this. The pipes are long enough so you don't have to move the vac about too much to vac the whole car - I thought I might need the dolly wheels before it arrived, but they really aren't necessary for me, although don't get me wrong I DO have to pick the vac up at least once (maximum twice) to do the whole of my car (Civic 2013). Blowing - I haven't done much blowing to be fair - It feels a bit weird blow drying the car. However, it does work at getting the water out of those pesky wing mirrors, front grill, number plates, bonnet, boot and door jams. I just feel that a really wide thin flat nozzle (sort of squeegee shape) would be helpful to really help dry the car easily, as it would push the water away in larger sections. That aside, the fact that this vac blows was a big advantage to me at the weekend, as our washing machine drainage pipe was blocked and no amount of poking and flushing could get to the bit where the blockage was. Put the vac on the entrance of the pipe and opened up the other end (double checked I had the pipe plugged into the blow end) flicked the on switch and whoosh - all manner of gunk came out of the end and cleared the blockage enough to get the water flowing away again. Brilliant! In summary, its a great thing that is built well, feels really sturdy. One star lost as I would really have like to have paid slightly less for it - but there again, its a quality machine and I would want them to downgrade anything in order to pay less for it and Cleanyourcar.co.uk had the cheapest price I could find too. I don't regret my purchase at all.

At first I couldn't make my mind up as to whether I should buy this item or not after all whats wrong with the vac you use for your home? Well the answer is simple, your vac at home doesn't compare, the suction power is incredible, the tool attachments are what really make it different from an household vac as there's a tool for every crevice But then there's one thing that makes it stand out above your household vac. THE BLOWER - OMG finally a solution to get rid of all those water hiding spots. Read below. My Metro vac and blow was delivered on a day that I'd already washed and dried my Audi A6 by hand. It was sat inside my unit at work perfectly dry, but never the less I thought get the metro vac plugged in and tried. To my amazement the amount of water that came from behind places you wouldn't expect has to be seen - the badges, door handles, window trims, roof bars, number plates even parking sensors hold water. But best of all I've now got a solution for drying the bumper grilles both front and rear and wheels! Now I wish I'd hit buy the 1st time I added it to my cart!

For all car detail enthusiasts or professionals this is by far the hoover for the job. I only briefly used it to test it but my god this thing has some serious suction. The guys at clean your car gave an excellent service and also have great prices. I could literally spend thousands with them if I had the money to.

A cracking gizmo, albeit a tad expensive. As a vacuum, its the best I've used and gets everything and everywhere. As a drying AID, I used it today and didn't need to touch the car with a drying towel. I highly recommend this product, and the service and advice that CYC provide is second to none.

Brilliant tool, even better than I'd hoped. The two long hoses are so flexible and make it easy to leave the Vac-n-Blo in the boot and the hoses will reach everywhere or for drying just put it next to the Pressure Washer and again the hoses reach everywhere. I was wondering whether I would need to get the wheels but it really doesn't need to move once you start. As a vacuum it has more than enough oomph, and at times I was glad it had an easy way to vary and control the suction. The miniature tools are incredibly useful for detailing the interior and getting the bits out from those annoying places that normal tools can't reach and every car has. As a dryer it warms the air a little and it's worth the price just to get rid of all those annoying little water traps that keep leaving those little water streaks that keep appearing for hours after you've finished, it's the only solution I've found short of having a compressor to hand.
