“Owned and used for over 2 year's now so a truly tried and tested bit of kit. when I received it there was a bit of scuffing and scraping on the body, this may have been caused by poor packing however didn't effect the functionality of the vac so no big issue. The vacuum itself is quite compact and with it being wall mounted in my unit I bought the extension so I have 6m of hose that doesn't effect it in any massive way in relation to loss of suction. The blower function is very good, I am able to dry coated cars quickly and safely however to get the best airflow I have found it best to remove the filter bag section and top to allow the fan to draw a lot of air through the filter and out the hose, the air isn't heated as such however due to the heat generated to the motor the air coming out is a few degree's higher than ambient. Also remember to use a different hose as a blower or you will blow dust from the suction hose all over a freshly cleaned car! Maintenance is really easy, a change of bag every few cars will hopefully prevent the bag from bursting (it's happened to be about 6 times now) as when this happens you need to clean out the denim type material that the bag sits in which is an issue if you are a mobile valeter with a large amount of cars as the price of the replacement bags are not cheap (£9 for 5) and I have noticed the prices creeping up since I bought my vac. Reliability wise it hasn't faltered, still going strong and as it's wall mounted and never dragged about has no signs of wear and tear, the switch still flicks on and off with a satisfying click sound, however I have noted the paint finish on both hose ends has worn away and on one end rusting (strange given it's inside and never wet) however I will put that down to friction of removing hoses and will eventually rub it down then repaint it to prevent it looking ugly. Highly recommended and reliable workhorse, go buy one!”

“Bought this Metro Vac a while ago now and am so glad I did, it is worth every penny. Yes it is rather expensive but I am a firm believer that you get what you pay for. It is very well made and the attachments are amazing as you can literally clean every nook and cranny. The two 6' hoses are great as when they are coupled together you just leave the vac in one place and you can still hoover all of your car. If you can afford this then buy it, highly recommended.”

“After a few years of looking at this semi - expensive vac, i decided to swap out my old nilfisk buddy, with the 4hp VacNblo. The suction is fair, and better than the nilfisk. But far weaker than expected. I am surely disappointed about this , compared to what others write about this vacuum. The quality of the plastic accessories is low I think. Seems weak. Time will tell The good thing is the many different small stuff that is included. They are great. suction. Average. Not more.”

“Been using this vac for 6 months or so, about 12 - 14 cars a week. I did struggle to push the buy button at the price, but am so glad i did. The vacuum bags last a very long time with average car dirt content. I'm still on my second bag, but close to a change i guess. The extra long hose i thought i would not use, but i now use it all the time. Great selection of micro tool attachments and so much more professional than dragging the wife's Dyson round the car :-) 5 Star rating.”

“What can I say this hoover is extremely effective for such a small vac. Yes is quite expensive but it still worth the money. Not sure you could use the blow part for a hole car without some use of a good drying towel, but it’s good for all the small hard to dry areas like the wing mirrors and lights. As far as build quality it’s not to bad. My only issue is the two pins at the side used to clamp the hoover bag lid on. I think these will break very easily with the constant un-clipping and clipping on of the lid to change from hoover to blower, only time will tell. Overall great product and great service from CYC.”

“As mentioned in another review here, I had my eye on this for ages before pulling the trigger and spending a lot of money on it. All I can say is it was worth the spend. Never again will I drag the house hoover outside faffing about repositioning it every 5 minutes so that I can get it to reach, and suffering from poor suction for stubborn car mats. This little baby packs a punch. Seemingly endless suction, and plenty of bits and bobs to perform any job. If I had one negative comment, it would be that the feet are not wide enough apart, and it can roll over fairly easy. I intent to make a brace for it to overcome this though. BRILLIANT - Buy it.”
