ShineMate - EP803 Rotary Polisher Kit

This is the latest polisher from Shinemate, the EP803 polisher which is a small form factor light weight polisher deisgned to tackle even the most intricate areas on any vehicle.

The compact machine is the ultimate tool for correction on all those areas other polishing machines can't reach.

Like the other ShineMate machines, it has an extremely useful low start speed at 700rpm maxing out at 2500 rpm. With a advanced built in load sensing module to give a constant speed output. This combined with the newly designed double reduction gearing offers a higher torque output and gives the polsiher even better performance and resilience for long periods of use. The unique two-level gear structure outputs strong torque which is twice of the common single gear-set polishers.

It also comes as standard with a extra long 5 meter cord offering reliable constant power.

What really makes this kit stand out though is just how many backing plates, pads and accessories are supplied including 1.2", 2' & 3" M14 backing plates, a 80mm stainless steel extension bar and a total of 36 pads!

“Great purchase, pairs up nicely with my bigger rotary. Its excellent for getting in all the small gaps (bumpers, door pillars, upper qtr, etc) and the slow start makes is really easy to use. Pretty much every pad and accessory comes with it so good value for money. Very hapy with it.”

“This is one of my best investments for a long time. Very smooth machine and incredible value, I can now get to all the small panels on the bumpers, window surrounds etc. Combined with the Rupes LHR15 Mk2, you can correct every panel on a car.”

“This is a well made machine specifically designed to enable access to awkward areas, see Youtube videos for examples. The included extension bars and backing plates makes for a comprehensive piece of kit and this complements my DAS 6 Pro. CYC delivery is superb with faithful tracking information provided by DPD. My one criticism would centre around the quality of the pads provided... this opinion supports a previous reviewer. I most certainly would try to obtain better quality replacements... and perhaps CYC could help here. All in all.... excellent value and I have no regrets.”

“bought as a relatively low cost replacement for a rather unwieldly silverline rotary machine. This new one is light and much easier to use. A good but I think for someone like me who is just starting to get into detailing.”

“Been looking at getting a smaller machine polisher for a while , after searching i read some great reviews on the shinemate ep803 ... Discovering that this had all the pads and backing plates included i thought it was great value.. So i went ahead and bought it , as usual CYC service was spot on and the fact they use DPD is great .. The Machine Comes in a well presented box all well packed , each pad range ind packed , consisting of 1" - 3" pads and backing plates ... The machine is a good weight , small and compact and has a good sized lead too .. On testing it first time i was inpressed with the feel and performance , the pads dont feel top top quality but great if you are learning , the pads also clean well , little tip use a sharpy to write pad order on the white velcro back ... Only really wanted this to do door pillars and hard to reach areas but have used it also on rear quarter .. Defo worth a buy ... Note this doesnt come with a bag , but i wall mount my machines so it didnt matter ! 5 stars”

“It's light, easy to handle, the selection of pads and backing plates means you can get almost anywhere on a car or motorbike, CYC have again out done themselves with this machine, a valuable addition to my polishing arsenal, I am extremely happy with it, and I'm sure at this price a great many others of you will be.”
