ShineMate - EP803 Rotary Polisher Kit

This is the latest polisher from Shinemate, the EP803 polisher which is a small form factor light weight polisher deisgned to tackle even the most intricate areas on any vehicle.

The compact machine is the ultimate tool for correction on all those areas other polishing machines can't reach.

Like the other ShineMate machines, it has an extremely useful low start speed at 700rpm maxing out at 2500 rpm. With a advanced built in load sensing module to give a constant speed output. This combined with the newly designed double reduction gearing offers a higher torque output and gives the polsiher even better performance and resilience for long periods of use. The unique two-level gear structure outputs strong torque which is twice of the common single gear-set polishers.

It also comes as standard with a extra long 5 meter cord offering reliable constant power.

What really makes this kit stand out though is just how many backing plates, pads and accessories are supplied including 1.2", 2' & 3" M14 backing plates, a 80mm stainless steel extension bar and a total of 36 pads!

“I purchased a DAS-6 PRO Plus before this, and wanted something smaller to do the fiddly bits on a motorhome. This an idea kit for a introduction to rotary polishing, light to use and does not run away from you. Useful sizes for most jobs and probably a more useful buy than a DA / Random polisher with 5 inch pad, if you have a vehicle with lots of curves in the detailing. that said, TAKE CARE, the polisher maybe small, you can still damage paint work if left running in one spot. “I have now been using this on an almost daily basis for 4 months now and it is a fantastic little machine, allows for polishing in tight angles (albeit not as tight as an iBrid) however at the price there is no arguing this is an epic little rotary. The added benefit of pads, extension bars, backing plates and a long cord all make this even more appealing, don't hesitate and pick one up, you won't regret it!”

“I hav'nt had chance to use it yet, but it's an absolute bargain! I was trying to find a 3" polisher at a reasonable price for months, so was over the moon to find one with even smaller heads! Absolute bonus to get so many pads included as well! ☆☆☆☆☆”

“This is a really excellent, complete kit with everything you need included. Mine came with two different length extension rods and an EU plug (but a UK adaptor was also included ... bonus!). All the UK plug ones were sold out. The machine itself is solid and well built and the whole package is excellent value for money IMHO. I went for next day day delivery and it arrived before lunch the next day so excellent service too.”

“I was given one as a birthday gift to compliment my 6”rotary that I use regularly. This is now getting more use then my 6”, don’t let its smaller size fool you into thinking it can’t do the job, it can. Nice a light, very easy to get into the right spots due to the variety of heads and pads that come with it. Have just spent the day detailing a BMW and an really impressed with what it has done and also the pads that you get with it. All too often you buy a bundled package and find that the extras aren’t really up to the job, these are. A brilliant little machine that is excellent value for the money”
