ShineMate - EP803 Rotary Polisher Kit

This is the latest polisher from Shinemate, the EP803 polisher which is a small form factor light weight polisher deisgned to tackle even the most intricate areas on any vehicle.

The compact machine is the ultimate tool for correction on all those areas other polishing machines can't reach.

Like the other ShineMate machines, it has an extremely useful low start speed at 700rpm maxing out at 2500 rpm. With a advanced built in load sensing module to give a constant speed output. This combined with the newly designed double reduction gearing offers a higher torque output and gives the polsiher even better performance and resilience for long periods of use. The unique two-level gear structure outputs strong torque which is twice of the common single gear-set polishers.

It also comes as standard with a extra long 5 meter cord offering reliable constant power.

What really makes this kit stand out though is just how many backing plates, pads and accessories are supplied including 1.2", 2' & 3" M14 backing plates, a 80mm stainless steel extension bar and a total of 36 pads!

“This is the first rotary I've bought. I had decent results with my DA but it only being able to go down to a 3inch backing plate restricted the areas it could be used. I also was looking for a rotary for faster correction. I must agree with other reviews in that it's a really powerful machine despite its size. Initially I felt the max rpm was a bit on the slow side with the smaller pads but watching the speed it corrected areas I realised it was just me,possibly down to coming from a DA. The two cars its been used on have quite intricate sections and curved panels,a tenth gen civic and a S2 Elise. Hardly any pressure is required when using this machine,just the weight of it was enough on the Elise as its clear coat is so soft. The piano black on the civic is a pain to keep swirl free even with a good prewash regime(it didn't help it was an ex demonstrator,so washed badly three times a day!) This machine sorted each section in seconds. Price wise it's a bargain, especially when the amount of pads are taken into account. To sum up,this machine is fast at correction, accurate and a good price. Excellent piece of kit.”

“Superb value polisher in that it comes with a wide assortment of pads in different sizes and multiple extensions that are ideal for polishing small and hard to reach areas. I must have tool at a fraction of the price of professional brand mini polishers. Highly recommend!”
