Scholl - S20 Black 1 Step Compound

Scholl S20 Black is a true one step compound that's designed to both correct weathered and scratched paint whilst at the same time leaving behind a mirror gloss.

This makes Scholl S20 Black a fantastic detailing compound as it's possible to vary the amount of cut based upon the pad it's being used with. Scholl S20 Black contains Ultra Diminishing abrasive technology which means that when it's coupled with a aggressive cutting pad it's possible to remove even P1500-2000 grit sanding marks, but with a softer finishing pad it can be used as a light one step polish to remove holgramming and leaving a high gloss finish.

Due to continuous further improvements of Scholl Concepts IPT Powder Technology Scholl S20 Black has been developed to remove deep scratches and treats weathered surfaces quickly and effortlessly in only one step, regardless of the hardness of the clear coat systems.

“I watched the video then commenced the polishing it did a great job of removing the bird mess. I was happy that it took a few loading of the pads to do the job but every time you could see the improvement. I also removed the screen from my motorcycle and polished out all the scratches.”

“Does exactly what it says, cuts reasonably well to remove general marring and some of the heavier scratches (although you’ll need a heavier cutting compound if you want to remove extremely bad marring) and then refines down to a very good finish”

“From a first time detailer this is a great product. Produced fantastic results on my pearlescent black car. Swirls all but eliminated and the colour really pops. I used a Chemical Guys Hex-Logic Green pad with a VonHaus DA unit and it did the job perfectly well. Some say to water down the compound slightly by using a damp pad, but I got on fine without doing that. Would 100% recommend.”

“A good single stage compound which goes finer to a polish as you use it. Did dust up a little but I had too much speed and overworked it at the beginning Of my sets . Once I’d got to grips with it, it did a cracking job leaving high gloss levels and no spiders webs left. Would highly recommend.”
